Dara has been employed by Tesoroni & LeRoy as an attorney since 2009. While attending college she worked for the firm as a paralegal during the summers of 2001-2005. Dara is a graduate of New York University where she majored in linguistics with a minor in foreign languages. She is a graduate of Fordham University Law School where she earned her J.D. degree.

Dara is fluent in Italian and is conversant in Spanish. While attending NYU she studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Dara now represents clients in labor certification matters, employment based visa petitions, family -based petitions, J visa waivers, Violence Against Women’s Act (VAWA) cases, “Deferred Action Childhood Arrival, (DACA), Cases”, U Visas, adjustment of status, naturalization and deportation matters, with an emphasis on criminal related deportation cases. She also appears at USCIS Offices for employment and family based adjustment of status interviews.

Dara is the daughter of our founding partner and is a member of both the New Jersey and New York Bars, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Immigrant Project.
