David LeRoy

David joined the firm in April 2013. He regularly represents clients in deportation proceedings in all matters including custody proceedings, waivers of deportation, political asylum and adjustment of status. David has appeared in Immigration Court in Newark, Elizabeth, New York, Philadelphia and Fort Lauderdale. He has also litigated matters in Detroit, Arizona and Texas. He also represents clients in interviews for permanent residence and citizenship.

David likewise represents immigration clients who have criminal and traffic matters in local and state court. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate for a firm that represented clients in municipal and state courts on traffic violation and criminal matters. David has made over 500 appearances in more than 120 different courts in New Jersey. His prior legal experience includes both criminal and civil matters as well as internships with both the Ocean County, N.J. and Camden County, N.J. Prosecutors' Offices. During law school, he also held a legal internship for the Hon. Joseph Conte, J.S.C., in Hackensack, N.J.

David a member of the bar in the states of New Jersey and New York. He is a 2010 graduate of Rutgers-Camden School of Law and a 2006 summa cum laude graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College where he received the Francis Cardinal Spellman Award for obtaining the highest G.P.A. of 4.0 for four consecutive years. Between college and law school, David spent a year abroad living and working in England.
